1984 working in navigation administration of the largest navigation and shipping company in Fujian; good at maritime and admiralty laws, and participated in compiling administrative standards and rules concerning shipping transportation

1991 acting as legal counsel and doing investment work and foreign economic affairs in a Fujian comprehensive corporation, participating in negotiation of investment projects with a dozen of joint venture and domestic companies, familiar with the whole process of project set-up, company set-up, administrative affairs of Directors of the Board, shares transfer and company liquidation, mediating relations between corp and shareholders, and between shareholders.

1990 joined Xiamen Foreign Economic Law Firm;

1997 set up Fujian Xiamen Mingjia Law Firm as one of the initial three partners, dealing in economic, financial, real estate, maritime and admiralty, labor cases, and specially good at non-litigation, i.e. participation in negotiation and document drafting/rectification for large projects such as the Chongqing National Building project, Reconstruction of Zhangzhou City's old area into Riverside Century Garden, etc. Also participation in meeting of Directors of the Board invited by clients.
